My original plan was to go for my favourite Wing Hua wanton mee stall but they closed on Sunday which is also the same for Joy Hing. Without any other plans, i decided to give this restaurant a try having walk passed it like 100 times.
This is the Yuen Kee along hennessy road in wan chai. The noodle texture again is always great in Hong kong. I wonder if they get it all from the same factory or they made it themselves. Texture is just fantastic and easily beat many of the noodle stalls in Singapore. However, i don’t really know what i am eating as they are all the beef innards. Some are tasty and some i eat with a little trepidation… Well, i will still go again for sure….especially on a sunday when Wing Hua is closed : )

Yes! Finally something about website.
I’m extremely impressed with your writing skills as
well as with the layout on your blog. Is this a paid theme or did you
customize it yourself? Anyway keep up the excellent quality writing, it’s
rare to see a nice blog like this one these days.
