Went for the very highly rated noodle house in Wan Chai area for lunch and i have to say that’s the best noodle i have eaten in Hong Kong. Texture wise, it could be the best ever. Seldom you get dried version in Hong Kong and i guess this is one of the few. We ordered the beef tendon noodle and wanton noodle. It is cooked and flavored simply with just oyster sauce. The winning factor is still the noodle texture. From one of the old pictures pasted on the wall, they still made the noodle in the traditional way. Saw an old man sitting on a bamboo device to nead the noodle with his weight. Seems very labourious but probably that’s why the texture is unbeatable.
