This is the famous 1 michelin star Hong Hung Kee wanton mee in causeway bay.  I finally get to try after waiting for about 20 minutes. It is worth the wait and  definitely good standard wanton noodle but why 1 michelin star? I have no idea. I was planning to have this for my breakfast during my last trip but they only open at 11am.

The noodle is similar style to Mak noodle but the portion is a little small. Probably the reason is they want you to order other things.

Their fried noodle that appears quite similar to keow teow in Singapore but taste different yet tasty.

Fried fritters in cheong fun skin.

Bean curd skin with pawns but the steam version.
