My Hong Kong friend always laugh at us not able to tell the difference between goose and duck. Well, i bet you also do not know right? Goose meat is tougher and the skin less fatty (hope i didn’t get it wrong again). If you want to try roast goose, it is everywhere in Hong Kong. I just went to the Tai Hing chain restaurant which is everywhere in Hong Kong. I think you can find better roast pork in Singapore and not much impression of the soy chicken but star i would say is the roast goose.
