This is one of my favourite hokkien mee, Tiong Bahru Yi Sheng Fried Hokkien Mee. My top choice is the Nam Sing Hokkien Mee at old airport road but this comes in close at 2nd or 3rd. It is not the same style as Nam Sing as it has lot less bee hoon but the taste is nevertheless excellent. It is similar to Tian Tian Lai Hokkien Mee. All these famous hokkien mee needs to wait for a very long time but all serve to you except this stall. I had to queue up for 20 minutes for mine and i only ordered 1 plate as i was alone. The auntie taking order looks really scary, someone you won’t want to mess with. Just order you hokkien mee and kwai kwai queue up.
