This is another of my favourite duck noodle, Tanglin Halt Delicious Duck Noodle. I will rank in number 3 after the boon lay and the redhill ones. The chilli lose out to the redhill but the highlight is probably the internal organs that’s by default. Well, not good for health but i love it. The noodle is done just right and not soggy but i think overall it is a little more salty for my liking. Nevertheless still one of the better duck noodles in the west.
