This is a different type of chicken rice but the braised type. The taiwanese version at Liu San in Bukit Timah Plaza. This restaurant has been around for a number of years and has a loyal following. The dishes are really tasty. Other than the braised chicken rice, another of my favourite is the minced meat rice which is one of the most popular taiwanese dish most people are familiar with. A must try if you are in Bukit Timah Plaza.
