This is one of my favourite taiwanese Restaurant in Bukit Timah Plaza. it is called Liu San and the owner is a taiwanese. My favourite dish is the chicken rice where the chicken is marinated in some braised sauce which is really very tasty. The braised pork rice is also very tasty and authentic. Anymore authentic, you will have to go taiwan.
