Maggi Mee cooked in various form is one of my favourite noodle dish. However, not every stall will do that during lunch time. This is one of the greatest mystery especially when you ask those indian stalls selling pratas. They will also tell you they don’t do maggi goreng for lunch but only dinner. My guess is that they need to boil the maggi mee for 3 mins and then fry it. Probably that’s too troublesome? I dunno but perhaps will ask them one of these days to statisfy my curiosity. This stall is somewhere on level 4 of Orchard Plaza. You may be wondering where’s Orchard Plaza? The sleazy one? Yes, that’s the one but don’t be confused with Cuppage Plaza which is equally sleazy. The stall is tucked in one corner just beside some KTV.
