This is the famous Redhill Market Fried Bee Hoon and Chicken Wings and one of my favourite. The one that PM queue up for. It is called 焱 fried bee hoon at the redhill market unit 01-19. It is only opened from 3pm onwards so when i saw only one person in front of me, i was overjoyed. Then i found out that the fellow ordered 15 packets of bee hoon and numerous chicken wings.
In anycase, it is still worth the wait as the chicken wing is excellent. Very crispy and tasty. The bee hoon is very simple but tasty no doubt. Well, if you want to time your visit for a shorter queue, you can forget it. The queue never appears to stop. Maybe can try queuing just before 3pm.
