This has become my top 2 duck noodles in my opinion. The other one being the Boon Lay Duck Noodles. This is the Seng Heng Duck Noodles at the redhill market. The noodle texture is firm, not too soggy and the chili is out of this world. The soup is normal though. You have to patronise them in the morning at i think they close before noon when it is all sold out.
