The scenery is actually pretty nice and very conducive for a quiet conference.
This is the nice fire place in the castle. Well, I didn’t have time to take much pictures so that’s the only castle interior picture that i have taken. The interior is really very nice and posh. Looks like some private elite gentlemen club.
I can’t say the same for the rooms. It is really small but slightly bigger than what you would usually find in japan.
This time round I make an effort to transit via Copenhagen instead of my usual London. I found that Copenhagen airport is a very pleasant surprise. It appears bigger and has more shopping than Arlanda airport. Arlanda airport feels really boring as compared. Not a bad place to transit when you go to Scandinavian countries as Singapore Airlines only flies direct to Copenhangen in Scandinavia. Next time, I will try to take a day off and visit the city. Well, provided it is not winter time. One visit during the coldest Scandinavian winter time and you will know what its like to be sent to a siberia labour camp (of course it is much worst there).
