Just tried this very popular roast meat store at Blk 214 Serangoon Ave 4, #01-88, S550214. At some point, the queue was like 15 pax long and that was almost 2pm. I was told that the char siew is better than the Char Restaurant at Guillemard. After trying it, i think the Char Restaurant still has the best Char Siew. The char siew here is really fatty and i prefer the most meaty type. I think the best here has to be the roast pork as the skill is really crispy. Otherwise, the rest of the dish doesn’t seem to stand out very much.
