I have been to Hide Yamamoto before but that’s for the teppanyaki. This time i am here for the sashimi.
The Chuwamushi is simply excellent. Perhaps the big difference is that it add truffle oil and that taste really good.

Next is the appetizer which i am no idea what is it.
The main actors should be these little fellows here. Many different types of Sushi which should includes some of the rarest and most expensive seafood. I was told it has the fatty tuna.
The final dish is the dessert and fruits. The melon should be the good and expensive type but sorry i do not know how to appreciate fruits.
Some red bean muchi.
Total damage? SGD88 exclude tax each. Will I go again? For the teppanyaki definitely but for the Sushi perhaps not. Abit pricey for some small pieces of sushi.
