This got to be one of the best steak I ever had. Certainly one of the top five (in terms of price too). This is wagyu and really good stuff. it cost about $45 per gram so 200g will set you back by about $90. You can see the marbling of the beef so be sure to get the wagyu quality. The restaurant is the Tavern at River Valley road.

This appetizer is excellent too. It is foie gras served with toast. I think foie gras should be served with toast which somehow taste better overall then eaten alone.


The parma ham is quite alright but i suppose the other 2 dishes stole the thunder.
