This is the other famous ramen in Sapporo, Ebisoba Ichigen. I think for those who don’t know Japanese may have some difficulty finding this place as the signboard is in the Japanese character of hiragana only. Sometimes a more tourist friendly restaurant may have some Romanji which is the more easily recognisable English wording.

Most of the ramen is about the same and the main difference is in the soup base. This taste nothing like ippudo or ichiran type and it is more salty and thick. May not be the favourite for my taste bud but nonetheless another solid ramen with very friendly staffs.

The sign is only in hiragana
