I am back to the chuan kee duck rice in the Ghim Moh market but this time i ordered half a duck. This is a better choice for me as the single plate portion has really very tiny serving of duck meat. This time it is much more even though the duck meat is piled up on top of the bean curd giving the illusion of a generous serving.
The duck is really tender and the sauce very tasty. Definitely one of the best braised duck rice around.
