I must admit i am pleasantly surprised to find one of the best char siew in Singapore at the Char Restaurant at Guillemard road. I have only tried the brinja and the duck so can’t comment to much about the other dishes. Among these three, definitely the Char Siew. The duck is really ordinary but you really need to try the char siew. I can’t recall eating any char siew that good in Singapore.
