I finally get to try to Boon Lay Boneless Duck Noodles which seem to be forever closed. Probably because it is open for breakfast and dinner time but closed for lunch. They serve generous portion of bean sprouts and duck is tender and tasty. It come with soup too and that too is tasty. My only complaint is that the noodle is a bit too soggy. I prefer my noodle more springy. Other than that, it makes very good breakfast.
