I was really lucky today being able to try not one famous noodle but two. This is the 12 Stones noodles at the ABC market in Bukit Merah. They are supposed to be really good at the Nui Nan Mian or the beef brisket. I went there during lunch and they are not ready for the beef brisket so i ordered the Shrimp paste chicken which is another of their famous dish. The verdict? Well, the noodle texture is not bad but a bit bland and the chicken is also tasty. However, not an accurate measurement. I will go back to try their beef brisket again one day but probably for dinner.
