Just love this gem of a place that i discovered recently, Holland Drive Market and Food Center. It’s amazing that such a small market has so many good food. This is the Yong Tau Hu stall just opposite the Ruji noodle. The name is called 五十年. The texture of the noodle is springy and feels very different in the mouth. With the many varieties of Yong Tau Hu pieces just make this meal a great start to your day.
