0 0 0 This is the chicken cooked in lemon grass. The taste is really unique. Not sure if it is an original dish as usually lemon grass is an ingredient commonly found in Thailand.
The soup may play a supporting role but the chicken soup does have a strong herbal taste. The way i like it.
This is another great dish, the scallop. It has a generous serving of garlic which i absolutely loves.
