The food standard is so high in Hong Kong that it can’t go too wrong even if you pop by any stalls. I did just that recently for a simple bowl of wanton mee. Their speciality is not wanton mee but Beef noodle. This is the 太子牛腩面 store. However, the wanton mee taste just as good.  The noodle texture is QQ.
