Wai Kee 维记 noodle cafe @ Hong Kong

This is really a rather unusual dish to try in Hong Kong. It is liver with the instant noodle. I loves the Hong Kong instant noodles style so when it is mixed with liver, it is just an excellent combinations. I think usually you would have mee sua liver but this is so different. The soup base taste very good. The staffs are pleasantly nice and courteous too, a rare find in Hong Kong cafes. It is near the Sham Shui Po toy street so you can buy toys for your childrens or friends and then drop by for a meal. That’s quite a good routine.
