I stayed at the Pudong Shangri-la during my recent Shanghai trip. The location is not too bad. It is on the Pudong side and not Puxi as i am there on business. Shangri-la’s decor is a little outdated and look all the same everywhere but it is a rather alright business hotel.

My room is overlooking the Oriental Pearl Tower.

As well as the Shanghai Tower which is the tallest structure in Asia and 2nd tallest in the world.
