Ruth Chris is one of the best steak house in Singapore. This is the 2nd time for me and the experience is good.

The soup of the day is really excellent. I can’t recall the name of the soup but it  is tomato based. Usually i don’t like tomato based soup but this is different.

I ordered the 12 ounce or 340g New York Strip. The inner part is really juicy and tasty but the outer portions are a little too chewy for my liking. However, overall it is still very good.
