This is Qing Ye 清葉 and it is a very popular local restaurant in Taipei so make sure you do booking. There appears to be more tourist than local eating there. The dishes are really authentic and very local. As i was alone, i can’t order too many dishes so just ordered three even though there are lots of choices on the menu.

This is liver and it is one of the best i have tasted. Liver cooked just nice, not too cooked or raw. The gravy is really tasty. Probably my favorite.

Fresh abalone with simple soy sauce so you can taste the freshness.

Braised pork which the gravy is light. Quite different from what i am used to but nevertheless taste good.

Lots of japanese in this restaurant. Perhaps it is just near to the Okura Prestige Hotel.

Total bill is NT$1863 SGD81. The address is No.10, lane 105, sec. 1, Zhongshan N. Rd, taipei.
