Pontian Fish Market

Spread the love
Read Time:24 Second
This has been my regular place of visit to buy fresh and cheap fish. It is the Pontian fish market. You can find all sorts of fishes at really cheap prices. The journey is about 1.5 hours from the 2nd causeway.

Just an example of how cheap are they, a ‘tao ban’ fish (not sure what is the english name – likely to belong to the mackerel family) weights 3kg and cost only about RM$120 (SGD 45).
