I have not been back to this wanton mee for at least 2 years. I had almost forgotten how good it was. This Lye Bo Roast has become one of my favourite wanton mee after a re-visit today. The strange thing is that though the queue is not that long, they are a little too slow. Waited about 15 minutes having just 5 person infront of me. The noodle texture is just al dente right (though it does not look that great) and the chili is great. I had the char siew and roast meat but prefer the roast meat as the skin is very crunchy. Looking at the queue and the quality of this wanton mee, for sure i will be back again more often.
