Other than the dim sum in Hong Kong, have you tried the Chuen Cheung Kui (正中鸡）or salted chicken? OMG, this salted chicken is really good. Very flavorful and soft. I think it has more than salt in it but it is really good.

They are located at 7/F & 8/F, Causeway Bay Plaza 1, 489 Hennessy Road, Causeway Bay, HK.
