Hoi Ann Vietnam

I had the privilege of attending a partner event in Hoi Ann. I had been to Hanoi many times but never Danang or Hoi Ann. Though this was a very short event but it was an opportunity that i relish. Accommodation was at the New World Hoi Ann. My room has a great view and it was apparent that development was still going on. Just a short post with pictures of Hoi Ann.

Hoi Ann was a real surprise. I did not expect it. It is a charming little town with nice two storey shophouses. As the time was just too short, i only spend a few minutes walking quickly through the streets.

This is my new found favourite dish in Vietnam. It is pho but with instant noodle instead of the traditional glass noodle. I ate this at the Danang airport and I absolutely love it. The noodle was cooked just alright that it was al dente. After this trip, i tried to find this in Singapore but just couldn’t. This will be the dish that is an absolute must for my next trip.
