Cengkareng Golf Course is one of the most enjoyable i ever have played in. It should be one of the better course in Jakarta. The course is very well maintained. It is also open and flat which means i played well again there. Interestingly the top courses in Jakarta always hired attractive looking caddies. No wonder you read about golfers being entangled in love triangles but this story involves the indonesia’s anti-corruption chief. The course in the spot light is not this but Modernland golf club. Anyway, both are near to each other and close to the airport. You can time your trip such that you play an early game before flying back home. * picture from the website.
The other golf course that I like in Jakarta is the Royale Jakarta. This is another excellent course that i thoroughly enjoyed playing. Jakarta has some of the top courses in Asia as many of the indonesian businessmen really likes to entertain their clients on the golf course. So there’s no shortage of good couress to choose from when you visit jakarta.
