This is one of my favourite chicken rice stall in the west. It is Tong Fong Fatt in the ABC market. The chicken is tender soaked in the light soy sauce which makes it very tasty.

This is the half chicken portion. Not sure if it is just me or the portion has somewhat shrunk.
