Braised Duck & Kwap Chap @ Macpherson

This is one of the most popular Kwap Chap store in Singapore. The Sin Fong Restaurant at  Macpherson Coffeeshop. The must order is the fried pork intestines which is crispy and very tasty although super unhealthy. One mystery though is their pricing as it always seem to be above $20 no matter the number of pax.

The fried intestines is the best!
