I travel a lot for my line of work and get to taste all sorts of cuisines. One of my favourite is the indonesian Bakmi which is hard to find in Singapore. There used to be one in a old food court in Orchard but it did not last too long. Finally there is a Bak Mi stall in Orchard again called Jtwon. This stall is on the basement level of Mid-point orchard. I prefers the deep fried chicken version. Generally pretty good especially the chilli. If you love Bak Mi, look no further as this is as good as it can get without going to indonesia.
