85 Redhill fishball noodle at Plaza Singapura

This has to be something that i didn’t expect at all. I met up a friend in Plaza Singapura for lunch and he suggested this place. I was pleasantly surprised the moment i tasted the fishball noodle. The noodle was springy and the special gravy they used is really tasty. I wouldn’t expect such quality fishball noodle in town just like this one. So good that i went back again the following week. This is the 85 Redhill Teowchew Fishball noodles and they have expanded to several outlets in the shopping malls. I think this is a great idea as now one can eat such quality hawker food in the comfort of the malls.
