I almost forgotten about this Bak Chor Mee stall until i happened to be nearby and decided to drop by the Taman Jurong Hawker. This stall is the highly popular 58 Minced Meat Noodle. Of course with all food anyway, there is always a queue when the food is good and popular and this one is no exception. I waited almost 15 minutes in eager anticipation.
Everything from the look is just about right for this bak chor mee but i was a little disappointed to find the noodle too soggy although it does not look that way at all. Maybe that’s their style and some like it that way which i will find that hard to believe though? Other than that, the taste is very good with it’s good mixture of ingredients like vinegar, the meat, liver, vinegar, etc. Could it be more of the overall taste than the noodle texture that draws people back and thus the long queue?
