The thing about Hong Kong is that you can hardly find a store that serve bad food. Bad service yes but bad food is rare as it is highly competitive there so everyone is at its best or they will close shop. Just take this store 太子牛腩面 for example. I don’t think it is one of the best or most popular in causeway bay but it still taste great. The soup is excellent and the noodle springy.
